GRIFTER OVERBOARD: PRESLER'S CRINGEY INTERVIEW WITH JAMES O'KEEFE

Attention all swimmers, please vacate the water. The US Coast Guard has declared an advisory off the coast of West Palm Beach. Boaters, kayakers, and paddleboarders are advised to exercise extreme caution. Predators have been sighted in the area.

Oops. False alarm. That's just Scott Presler on a boat.

In an episode of James O'Keefe's "My Price is My Life" YouTube series uploaded this weekend, O'Keefe sets sail with the world's worst first mate, Scott Presler, for an interview filled with lowball questions and lots of whining.

Over the course of the hour-long segment, Scott struggles with basic sailing tasks. For someone who's been working out religiously for the past year, he doesn't have a lick of athleticism. His sailing fails are made even more confusing once he claims that he was a Boy Scout with copious amounts of merit badges. Perhaps he got one for grifting.

Presler, dressed like the ugliest extra from Yellowstone that you've ever seen, paints himself as some sort of messiah on a mission, vomiting nonsense like "This is our moment in history, and if I sit on the sidelines and don’t speak out against injustices happening, then I am a part of that very injustice.”

But it's hard to listen to anything that Presler says when you are forced to look at him in broad daylight for over an hour. In the interview, he won't even comment on his age, saying that he's an "elder millennial with no grays." Oh bud, with that face, gray hair should be the least of your concerns. It's still inconceivable to imagine that this guy's face is mobilizing people across the country. And we're not the only people with this question.

"In this business, everyone is quick to call you a grifter," admits Presler, referencing Texas Senator John Cornyn, who is forever on the right side of history for that. As Presler sees it, anyone who opposes the SAVE act is just a Republican "who doesn't want to see grassroots succeed."

But If Presler really wanted to save America, all he would need to do is deactivate is Twitter account and disappear. At least that would be a step in the right direction for this country.
