FRAUD ALERT: DID SCOTT PRESLER BREAK DISCLOSURE LAWS?

Uh oh. Looks like Ms. Scott may have done a big no no. Who would have guessed?

According to a complaint filed by Ralph Nader's advocacy group Public Citizen, Early Vote Action is accused of violating Pennsylvania disclosure laws. Specifically, for Presler's unsuccessful campaign to oust three state Supreme Court Justices back in 2025.

What's that saying? Those in glass houses probably shouldn't break campaign finance laws?

For years, Presticals has whined about transparency. It's only fitting that the loudest on Twitter potentially has the most to hide.

Amongst the claims, Public Citizen's complaint alleges that EVA paid field staff, purchased digital advertising, mailed postcards, conducted voter outreach, and promoted its "Vote No" campaign across social media and conservative media. The non-profit says the group employed at least two dozen full-time staffers across key Pennsylvania counties.

Doesn't exactly sound very "grassroots" to us. Talk about a grift! Well, grifting is really the only thing we talk about when it comes to Scott Presler.

Per state guidelines, Pennsylvania requires individuals or political committees spending more than $250 to influence an election during a reporting period to register and disclose their spending. Public Citizen says Presler and Early Vote Action blew past that threshold while failing to file the required campaign-finance reports.

Apparently, the watchdog (or given Ms. Presler's gender, the bitch) thought people weren't watching his ass too. And after all that alleged undisclosed spending? The very same one we've raised too? All three justices won retention.

This isn't Presler's first recent brush with disclosure questions, either. Public Citizen previously filed a federal complaint alleging that he failed to properly disclose lobbying activity. An affiliated organization subsequently registered as conducting lobbying activities.

Perhaps there really is an election-integrity problem after all. But it seems like its coming from him.
